Mandala

It's so much fun to draw a mandala! I know you're supposed to meditate on finished ones, but my meditative process occurs while drawing them. If you'll click on the image you can see the detail, which is the whole idea of the mandalas I draw -- lots of small detail. Sometimes they look like an ant farm on a busy day.

I love it!! I haven't done in awhile but you have inspired me. For awhile they were taking over my life so I started a blog just for them and now it just sits there at http://teric.wordpress.com/

thanks for posting this and the inspiration to get back to these.

Teri,
I love your mandalas! They're so colorful and in the bright colors I love. I've read that muted colors suggest maturity (guess what bright colors suggest?) but I don't care; the brighter the better. Bring on the neon! Thank you for your comment. I'm glad you were inspired by mine; I'm inspired by yours too.

I always thought that creating a mandala was meditation. :) Ver cool and bright colors are the best. I think they have the most energy. I say poo to muted colors. How's that for mature? *laughs*
